We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support requirement-gathering and documentation across Sarmaya's enterprise projects, bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery. What You'll Do Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements Support process mapping and workflow documentation Help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders Coordinate between technical and business teams Support data gathering for business cases and proposals What We're Looking For 0–1.5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles Strong analytical and documentation skills Comfortable working across technical and business conversations Clear, structured communication style Nice to Have Exposure to process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
