Specifically looking for plow truck, salt truck, skid steer, and loader operators. These positions require open availability. Reporting to work on short notice will be required. Previous snow removal or heavy equipment experience recommended. Contracts until March 27th, 2027. Job Duties * Safe and efficient operation of equipment in a snow-clearing context such as skid steer, plow truck, salt truck, and loader to perform the clearing of local roads and parking lots as per the contract requirements * Make snow and ice control decisions during the winter * Provide traffic control, including the set up and take down of traffic control signs * Maintain accurate documentation, including hours of service, fuel records, incident reports, time sheets, diaries, logs etc. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * G license with a clean driver’s abstract. * Previous experience with skid steer/ plow truck/ salt truck/ loader in a snow clearing context. * Ability to remain flexible with shift schedules, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winter events require. * Mechanical knowledge, ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment an asset. * Willingness to work and drive in extreme weather conditions.
