Current Need The School of Allied Health Sciences is seeking to expand its pool of Contract Paramedic Instructors. Role Description Deliver classroom, laboratory, and simulation-based instruction. Facilitate practical skills training and scenario-based learning. Evaluate student performance through assignments, skills assessments. Provide constructive feedback to support student success. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Contribute to curriculum enhancement and program quality initiatives. Qualifications Experience teaching, mentoring, precepting, or training healthcare professionals or students. Experience facilitating and evaluating simulation-based learning, including GRS assessments and OSCEs, is preferred.Strong teaching experience with a focus on facilitating engaging instructional activities and effectively assessing students' learning outcomes. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with educational technology and online learning platforms. Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and student success. Postsecondary teaching experience is an asset. Education & Experience Current or recent experience as a Primary Care Paramedic, Advanced Care Paramedic, or related emergency health services professional. Strong knowledge of patient assessment, clinical decision-making, communication, teamwork, and professional practice.

Requirements
