Job summary
Scotia Tire is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to fill the role of Front Desk Service Advisor. The ideal candidate has knowledge of tires and mounted wheel packages for both passenger and commercial vehicles applications, proven sales records and will contribute to the the Store’s profitability by providing exceptional Customer Service. As Front Desk Service Advisor, your responsibilities would include: * Greet Customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner. * Confidently providing accurate sales and product information appropriately based on customer needs. (tire and mounted wheel options, features, benefits, pricing, warranties etc.) * Answering customer inquiries; in person, via phone and email, for both the passenger vehicle and Commercial customer base. * Creating work orders for In-Shop Tire Technicians. * Accurately complete all documentation/paperwork in relation to work completed. * Data Entry, create customer appointments using POS and internal systems. * Manage Customer Database, maintaining up-to-date records and notes. * Key Responsibilities * Scheduling & Routing: Organizing daily work orders for technicians or drivers to maximize efficiency. * Communication: Acting as the main point of contact between customers and field staff via phone, radio, or email. * Customer Support: Handling inquiries, updating clients on service arrival times, and resolving issues. * Data Management: Utilizing software to log call details, service histories, and technician location Qualifications and Education Requirements * High School or Equivalent * Valid Driver’s License required * Minimum 1 yr. experience in Tire Sales, required. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills. * A strong mechanical background is required. * Interest in further expanding knowledge about the tire industry. * Excellent Interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. * Proven ability to build customer rapport and boost sales. Requirements
