ScotiaMcLeod Wealth Advisor Development Program: Start Date January 4, 2027 At ScotiaMcLeod, our Wealth Advisors support high net worth clients in achieving peace of mind by offering trusted advice and personalized total wealth solutions tailored to their short-, medium-, and long-term life goals. The Wealth Advisor Development Program (WADP) is designed to support business succession planning, expand our advisor community, and ensure our clients continue to receive exceptional guidance and customized solutions. Held twice a year over three months, the program blends facilitator-led workshops with self-paced learning to foster growth and development. What You’ll Be Doing As a participant in the WADP, you will: Strengthen your confidence in key areas such as communication, professional presence, and client discovery Learn to apply strategic advice and insights to set actionable development goals Cultivate a growth mindset and gain tools to help expand existing businesses and build new client relationships Contribute to the effective and efficient operations of your team, aligned with ScotiaMcLeod’s core values Do You Have The Skills We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who bring diverse perspectives and experiences.
