Successful candidates will participate in a structured onboarding and integration period within the district before being assigned to Business Advisor opportunities based on business needs. During this time, advisors will gain valuable exposure to different branch environments while building strong relationships across the market. What to expect Initial training period of 12 weeks. Training may take place at one or more designated locations. Upon successful completion, placement into a Business Advisor position. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to and working from multiple branch locations as operational needs evolve. Mobility Requirement Mobility across the Richmond Hill region, including Thornhill, Markham and Aurora, is a fundamental requirement of this opportunity and will be discussed throughout the recruitment process. Following the initial training period (typically 12 weeks), successful candidates will be placed into Business Advisor opportunities based on business needs within a defined geographic area. As part of this program, flexibility and mobility are key, and participants should be comfortable accepting assignments across the locations outlined in this posting.
