The labourer is responsible for performing general construction and maintenance tasks, including material handling, equipment spotting, and site cleanup. They must also ensure workplace safety compliance and assist various tradespeople as required.

The Site Administrator is responsible for daily office and site administration, including managing work packages, timesheets, and vendor invoices. They also support project controls by tracking costs, preparing daily activity reports, and maintaining site records.

The Mine Dispatch Coordinator manages underground mining, maintenance, and logistics activities from the control center. They are responsible for dispatching personnel and equipment while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.

The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for performing and coordinating field quality inspections across assigned project sites to ensure compliance with codes and specifications. They will also manage documentation processes, including RFIs, markups, and as-built records while coordinating with project teams and third-party agencies.
