This posting is for multiple vacancies across the Windsor. Our Security Guards can work in a range of environments, including: Industrial/Manufacturing Energy Sector Facilities Construction Sites Other client locations require professional security services What You Will Do: Pay rates range from $18.00 to $20.80 per hour, depending on the assignment, location, experience, licensing requirements, and site responsibilities. Monitor and patrol the assigned property Control access to the site and verify visitors, employees, contractors, and deliveries Monitor CCTV and alarm systems Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures Conduct regular patrols and inspections Enforce client and site-specific security policies Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, students, contractors, and members of the public Maintain a visible security presence Contact emergency services when required Perform other security-related duties as assigned What We Need from You: Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid and CPR Certificate Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Strong observation and attention to detail Ability to complete written reports accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous security experience is an asset, but qualified candidates with a strong customer-service background are encouraged to apply for more experienced roles. Priority will be given to candidates with OPEN availability for days, afternoons, nights and weekend shifts and their own vehicle with a G licence.
