Embedded Service Technician - Halifax Airport * Carry out repairs to faulty security systems * Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance; * Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards; * Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers * Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures; * Transmit usage recommendations to customers; * Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures; * Ensure follow-up of customer service * Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures; * Produce a report on service calls made; * Manage repair inventories. * Experience in both Access Control and CCTV systems; * Bonus if certified C-Cure9000 and Milestone.
