Project Manager Installation

Responsibilities * Provide general technical knowledge and expertise to departments within the organization (such as installation, service, sales, etc.) as well as to clients * Establish and maintain effective and continuous communication with customers * Ensure that change-orders and add-ons are documented and are relayed to National Account Managers and the Manager, Project Coordination as per set procedures, so that additional charges can be applied as required * Work closely with the Sales lead to help define the client’s requirements * Maintain National Accounts database and SBN is current and up to date * Create and publish Annual customer’s reviews * Assist the sales force in the preparation of quotes when required * Ensure that all required documentation, drawings and sign-offs are received so that the project can be properly closed-off * Collaborate and participate, when required, in the development and/or evaluation of new products to provide expert technical feedback Requirements * College or University graduate * PMP Certification an asset * Must have 2yrs + of Electronic Security Project Management Skills * Proven Project Management skills with technical, complex and medium to large scale sized projects * Experience in sales and or marketing with a record of demonstrated achievements and leadership * Strong team leader * Willingness to travel * Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Creativity and strategic thinking skills * Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Benefits: * Highly competitive salary * Full Benefits as of Day 1 * Retirement Plans as of Day 1 * Paid vacation, holiday * Educational Assistance * Company Training Program * Exceptional growth opportunities Securitas Electronic Security is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity

The Project Manager will provide technical expertise to internal departments and clients while managing project documentation and change orders. They will also collaborate with the sales team to define client requirements and ensure projects are successfully closed out.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in electronic security project management and hold a college or university degree. Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills are required, with PMP certification considered an asset.
