We work collaboratively with children, families, educators, and other professionals to provide individualized support and help children reach their communication and developmental goals. *About the Position* The successful candidate will primarily work with preschool-aged children in inclusive early learning and community settings. The position involves providing speech and language assessment and intervention, developing individualized treatment strategies, collaborating with families and educators, and supporting children?s communication development. Services to be provided at Seden Centre in Sherwood Park as well as in Edmonton and surrounding communities. *Job Description*: * Provide speech and language assessments for children 2.8 ? 5 years of age in a fully inclusive environment. * Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies. * Provide individualized and small-group speech and language intervention. * Support children with a variety of speech, language, communication, and developmental needs. * Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals. * Provide practical strategies and recommendations that can be incorporated into children?s everyday environments. * Support educators in developing language-rich and communication-supportive learning environments. * Monitor children?s progress and adjust intervention strategies as appropriate. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Communicate assessment results, treatment recommendations, and progress with families and members of the interdisciplinary team. * Participate as an active member of an interdisciplinary early childhood team. * Provide services in preschool and community settings throughout Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and surrounding areas. *Requirements:* * A *Master?s degree in Speech-Language Pathology*. * Eligibility for registration and practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Alberta. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. * A genuine interest in working with preschool-aged children and their families. * Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills. * Experience working with young children is an asset. * Reliable vehicle, valid insurance and registration is required. *How to Apply* Interested candidates are invited to submit a *resume and cover letter* to Seden Centre for Child Development and Wellness.
