If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we want to hear from you *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience. * Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about features and benefits. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase technology and drive sales. * Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to enhance the shopping experience. * Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and additional items that complement customer purchases. * Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts, including restocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness. * Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Familiarity with liquor sales and liquor products is highly desirable. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively. * Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for sales with a proven ability to upsell products based on customer needs. * Ability to perform manual labour; lift, push, and carry up to 25 kgs regularly Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
