This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent support while managing payroll-related processes.<br><br>What’s in it for You?<br>• Supportive and collaborative work environment<br>• Opportunity to grow your payroll and administrative skillset<br><br>Compensation & Hours:<br>• The rate of pay will be $22-25/hr, depending on experience<br>• Full-time schedule, temporary opportunity<br><br>Position Summary:<br>• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees<br>• Review timesheets, attendance records, and payroll information for accuracy<br>• Maintain and update employee payroll records<br>• Assist with payroll-related reporting and reconciliations<br>• Prepare and process payroll adjustments as needed<br>• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner<br>• Support records management and maintain confidential employee information<br>• Assist with additional administrative duties as required<br><br>Required Qualifications:<br>• Minimum 2 years of payroll administration<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy<br>• Experience working with payroll software and Microsoft Excel<br>• Understanding of payroll procedures and basic payroll legislation<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion<br>• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities<br><br>Bonus Points For:<br>• PCP designation or payroll-related coursework<br>• Experience with benefits administration, ROEs, or payroll reporting<br>• Education in Payroll, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field<br>• Experience supporting accounting or HR functions<br><br><br>Right People.
