We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role will be a strategic finance partner to leaders across the organization and will own critical forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and comfortable translating complex financial and operational information into clear insights and recommendations for both financial and non-financial audiences. The role requires strong technical proficiency forecasting fully integrated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and connecting those statements to business drivers and decisions. This is an opportunity to help scale FP&A processes, strengthen visibility into business performance, and support decision-making in a high-growth cybersecurity company. What you will be doing: Financial planning, reporting, and analysis Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and BVA (budget vs. actuals) processes Own forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for designated P&L areas and the consolidated balance sheet and cash flow Prepare cash forecast updates every other week Manage FP&A-related investor reporting and deliverables Assist with reporting, presentations, and supporting analysis for executive leadership and the Board of Directors Conduct benchmarking analyses and translate findings into actionable insights Business partnership and decision support Provide financial guidance for assigned business areas, including budget management, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc support Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, surface risks and opportunities, and connect operational plans to financial outcomes Process improvement and scalability Support the continued development and adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning Help drive scale in FP&A processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen data and information flow Participate in strategic projects and other initiatives to improve planning, reporting, and decision support What you will bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills, including fully integrated three-statement models Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate financial concepts, verbally and in writing, to non-financial and senior audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without sacrificing quality Bonus points for: MBA or CFA SaaS and/or cybersecurity industry experience Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle NetSuite, Power BI, or Salesforce Experience with benchmarking and investor reporting Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline financial reporting and analysis #LI-HA1 Why Join Semperis? Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and at least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related fields. Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel is required to distill complex data into actionable insights.
