Client Services Coordinator - Senior Helpers Okanagan $25/hr Full‑Time Growth Pathway Immediate Opening Senior Helpers Okanagan is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support our caregiver team, maintain reliable schedules, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role is ideal for a registered HCA or experienced caregiver who thrives in a fast‑paced, logistical environment and wants a clear path to grow into leadership. About The Role The Coordinator ensures continuity of care through effective scheduling, some client communication, and hands‑on caregiving support when coverage gaps arise. Key Responsibilities Manage daily/weekly caregiver schedules and respond quickly to cancellations Handle client calls related to timing, logistics, and schedule updates Support caregivers with logistical problem‑solving Take light‑to‑moderate client care shifts (8-12 hrs/week) to maintain continuity Maintain accurate documentation in WellSky Assist with onboarding and operational tasks Support community outreach as assigned; including presentations to seniors and community facilities. What You Bring Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry HCA program completion 2+ years senior‑care experience Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through Calm, steady professionalism Reliable transportation; flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends Hours & Structure Two‑Coordinator rotation :23-27 office hours/week + care‑shift supplementation. 30+ hour work week.
