Job Description: As Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of BONDAI's client and platform initiatives — from enterprise client onboarding to product development sprints. You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and the development team, ensuring every project lands on time, on scope, and on budget. What You’ll Do: Project & Program Delivery: ● Own and manage multiple concurrent development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Manage project scope, change control, budgets, and timeline, preventing scope creep and protecting delivery outcomes. ● Develop and maintain cost-conscious project plans with proactive risk and issue management. ● Report project status regularly to all stakeholders, including direct communication with enterprise clients. ● Create and maintain project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Client onboarding & implementation: ● Plan, initiate, and manage onboarding of new enterprise clients onto the BONDAI community platform ● Conduct business rule analysis, data mapping with client legacy systems, and functional specification development ● Lead client and vendor status meetings; translate and manage business requirements for the development team ● Develop and continuously improve SOPs for onboarding clients across Sensei and BONDAI platforms ● Provide structured product feedback to the software team, ensuring client insights feed into the platform roadmap Nice to have: ● Working knowledge of Russian is considered an asset. What You’ll Need: ● 3-5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a SaaS, agency, or technology environment ● Strong business analysis skills — ability to translate business requirements into development-ready specifications ● Solid understanding of software development technologies and application architecture ● Working knowledge of web programming concepts (HTML, CSS, backend technologies) ● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across technical and business stakeholders ● Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to clients, vendors, and internal leadership ● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies What you can expect from us: ● Downtown Toronto Location: collaborative open-concept space with coworking amenities, coffee/snacks and breakfast. ● Hybrid Work Option: Team members work on-site Tuesday through Thursday and have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays to support flexibility and work–life balance. ● Comprehensive Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and subsidized healthcare coverage, including dental, vision, and prescription plans. ● Small, tight-knit team: direct access to leadership and meaningful ownership of your work from day one.
