Job Description: As Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of BONDAI's client and platform initiatives — from enterprise client onboarding to product development sprints. You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and the development team, ensuring every project lands on time, on scope, and on budget. What You’ll Do: Project & Program Delivery: ● Own and manage multiple concurrent development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Manage project scope, change control, budgets, and timeline, preventing scope creep and protecting delivery outcomes. ● Develop and maintain cost-conscious project plans with proactive risk and issue management. ● Report project status regularly to all stakeholders, including direct communication with enterprise clients. ● Create and maintain project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Client onboarding & implementation: ● Plan, initiate, and manage onboarding of new enterprise clients onto the BONDAI community platform ● Conduct business rule analysis, data mapping with client legacy systems, and functional specification development ● Lead client and vendor status meetings; translate and manage business requirements for the development team ● Develop and continuously improve SOPs for onboarding clients across Sensei and BONDAI platforms ● Provide structured product feedback to the software team, ensuring client insights feed into the platform roadmap Nice to have: ● Working knowledge of Russian is considered an asset.
