Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Service Technician Apprentices, helping develop the next generation of skilled trades professionals Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair overhead doors, loading dock systems, and related equipment - keeping operations running safely and efficiently Perform on-site welding and fabrication to support high-quality installations and repairs Accurately complete work orders, inspection reports, and site documentation, including photos Take ownership of your tools and equipment- ensuring everything is well-maintained, safe, and ready to go Champion safety and customer experience on every job, delivering work you can stand behind Support and collaborate with teammates on more complex installs and service calls Communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams to keep projects moving and expectations aligned What you Bring: 5+ years of experience as a Lead Hand working with loading dock systems and commercial overhead doors Hands-on welding experience, with the ability to support on-site repairs and custom work Valid, clean driver’s license with reliable transportation to get you to and from job sites Strong mechanical aptitude - you’re confident using hand tools, power tools, and troubleshooting on the fly Comfortable working at heights and in fast-paced, physically active environments A positive, team-first mindset with a willingness to step up, support others, and get the job done right What's in it for you: Access to the Sentinel Training Facility, designed to set our technical team up for success and provide a clear progressive career path - a first-of-its-kind in the dock and door industry. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in loading dock and overhead door systems, along with hands-on welding proficiency. A valid driver's license and the ability to work at heights in a physically demanding environment are required.
