*We are looking for an experienced and responsible individuals to join our team on a full time basis.* * *Company Events * * *Weekly Pay Period* * *Other Incentives offered* *Must have previous experience with Lawn and garden maintenance* * available immediately. * Year round company position. * Must have a valid G License and clean drivers abstract. * Experience in lawn and garden maintenance at Condos and commercial sites. * Must work well with Lead Hands and other Crew Members. Passion for the industry *Day-to-Day Responsibilities include;* * Relaying information back to supervisors. * Help Crew Leaders complete routine inspections of the property before and after each job is completed * Following all PPE regulations in compliance with company and legislative regulations. *Spring, Summer, Fall Responsibilities* * Full time work Monday-Friday - possible weekends due to weather. We do try to keep working weekends to a minimum in the summer. * Operating powered equipment, such as mowers, blowers and pruning saws * Care for commercial and residential properties by mulching, weeding, trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls * Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge trimmers etc * Load and unload work trucks, make sure you have proper tools to complete days tasks. * Maintain and complete accurate records of work completed, vehicle maintenance and damages, site requirements. * Winter Maintenance - November/December to March/April, discussed closer to services required, snow and ice control. Hours are subject to weather events and are an on-call basis. * Various other tasks Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * On-site parking Experience: * Landscaping : 1 year (preferred) * snow clearing / salt : 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Class G Licence (required) Work Location: In person
