Compensation for this position will include: Group Benefits Plan Pension Plan Flexible work schedule Great team environment As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include: Monitor and control project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Prepare accurate project reports, billings, and cost analyses. Support project setup, cost tracking, and change management processes. Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, clients, and accounting teams. Review invoices, purchase orders, subcontract costs, and payment applications. Identify cost variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. Other duties as assigned. The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate: Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization. Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with accounting or project cost control software is an asset. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
