Additional duties as assigned/required About You In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: A High School Diploma or completion of equivalent education 1-2 years’ experience in construction or building maintenance Knowledge of WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety legislation Advanced Proficiency in English required, other languages considered an asset You can provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care. Ability to use measuring tools, power tools Enters and locates work-related information using computers maintenance management systems. Displays a working knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing trade.
