J ob Profile: LHC Personal Care Home Inc. is recruiting for a Recreation Coordinator. This position reports directly to the Manager of Recreation. Key Requirements: Completion of the Recreation Facilitator for older adults’ certificate or equivalent. Related experience in the provision of therapeutic recreation. Related experience working with the senior population. Good interpersonal, conflict resolution and leadership skills Demonstrate group facilitation skills Excellent computer skills Able to read, write and speak English. Requirements

Requires a Recreation Facilitator for Older Adults certificate or equivalent, along with related therapeutic recreation experience and experience working with seniors. Candidates must have strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, leadership, group-facilitation, computer, teamwork, and organizational skills, and be physically and cognitively able to perform the role.
