Job summary
Location: Sherbrooke office Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company Our team goal is to make sure people use the best tools to work efficiently. You will contribute to this goal by providing advice, expertise and support to the company's sales/marketing and internal management teams. Succeeding in this role involves generating new ideas and having the desire to participate in the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes by calling on your analytical mind. To do this, you will collaborate with sales and marketing advisors, direct clients, partners and other key stakeholders. * Act as the subject matter expert regarding license transfer to Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure. Participate in the partner’s order to sales to support the sales team. * Manage tasks on various platforms to allow smooth onboarding of new customers/partners within expected timelines. * Cancel customers’ subscriptions with suppliers. * Help customers and partners resolve issues navigating our website and provisioning and registering clients on our platform. * Manage multiple emergencies, prioritize and apply technical solutions. * Coordinate appropriate customer-centric solutions with other departments. * Suggest improvements to existing processes to optimize the customer experience. * Participate in the creation of training content for Cumulus and CPS transfer processes. * Support the sales force and help them achieve their objectives. * Ensure timely completion of follow-up records, contract audits and other administrative tasks. * Carry out all other related tasks per the job’s evolution and departmental needs. Here's what you need to have and master to get the job * Collegial degree in one of this area such as Administration, Marketing , IT or any related work experiences. * High sense of urgency. * Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail. * Ability to multitask. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent English skills, both spoken and written are essential; French is a strong asset; * Autonomous and able to prioritize requests according to importance. * Solid knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Cumulus. * Knowledge of various Microsoft partner programs. * Knowledge of PowerShell is considered an asset.
