Role Description This full-time Pharmacist role is an on-site position located in Moncton, NB. The Pharmacist will dispense prescriptions accurately, provide medication counseling, and offer clinical services such as medication reviews, immunizations, and health consultations. The role includes verifying prescriptions, managing drug interactions, and ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance. The Pharmacist will collaborate with pharmacy assistants and other store staff, maintain accurate patient records, and support inventory management and ordering. This role also involves promoting health and wellness services, contributing to a positive customer experience, and supporting continuous quality improvement in the pharmacy. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in New Brunswick; degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Strong clinical knowledge in pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and patient counseling, with a commitment to evidence-based practice. Proficiency in dispensing systems, pharmacy software, and maintaining accurate and confidential patient documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver clear, compassionate guidance to patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, community pharmacy setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to customer service, professional ethics, and adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Experience with immunization services, medication reviews, and other clinical programs is an asset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store operations.
