Manufacturing Engineer Assistant (COOP) Position Overview Plan and execute experiments to support sensor development projects. Work with operations and laboratory personnel to set schedules for experimental builds and test plans. Create and update technical documents for manufacturing and process equipment. Compile and analyze data using statistical analysis software/methods. Present project work. Assist in the creation and execution of validation protocols. Responsibilities Support Technical Operation Engineers with execution of engineering and documentation activities Routine data analysis and data presentation to engineers and management Filling out forms for interdepartmental communications to support execution of engineering activities Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience Student in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical engineering or another related field. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis. Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience Experience in manufacturing or engineering workplace. What you’ll do

The Manufacturing Engineer Assistant will support technical operations by executing engineering activities, managing documentation, and performing data analysis. They will also assist in planning experiments and creating validation protocols to support sensor development projects.

Requirements

Candidates must be students in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering workplace and familiarity with JMP software are considered preferred qualifications.
