ABOUT THE ROLE * Lead lease administration, accounts receivable, renewals, rent increases and collections while ensuring compliance with the RTA and applicable legislation. * Lead and support the residential administration team, fostering collaboration and improving processes and operational efficiency. * Deliver exceptional resident service by resolving concerns, enforcing lease terms and providing effective first-point-of-contact solutions. * Partner with internal teams, senior leaders, residents and community stakeholders to support business objectives and positive customer experiences. * Promote a culture of safety, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement while staying connected to industry best practices. EXPERIENCE * Post -secondary education with a minimum of 5 years of administrative or accounting experience, preferably within a Property Management office and RTA environment * Proficient with MS Office systems as well as other CRM platforms * Experience in leadership of others, from recruitment and skill assessment to work delegation/organizing, and mentoring * Ability to think critically and actively listen with a solution-based mindset * Self- directed, detail-oriented, and accuracy-driven with exceptional time management and organizational skills, easily adapting to changing priorities in a fast - paced environment * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU Join Our Team for a Supportive and Enriching Employee Experience!
