More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Production Worker in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with Nemalux Inc. Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify the world leader in lighting. Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or workbench process efficiently without quality defects Follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and/or wiring diagrams Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans Use hand tools and power tools to secure parts More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly at this job opening: High School Diploma or GED preferred 1+ years of experience in manufacturing facility assembling fixtures or electrical/electronic parts Ability to physically move materials used in the production area; lift up to 50 lbs Familiar with hand and power tools (drivers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc.) Capable of standing for long periods of time during shift We are committed to equal employment opportunities and to treat every person in a way that preserves dignity and independence.
