The Henry Three Suns Youth Support Worker is responsible for the delivery of quality care services to youth with moderate to severe behavioral problems delivered in a residential group home setting. The Youth Support Worker ensures care is provided in the best interest of the child, their health and safety, and supportive of positive growth and development. They participate in all aspects of program life and are responsible for the daily care, wellness, and supervision of our residents. This position requires morning, evening, overnight and weekend availability, plus statutory holidays. Shifts are generally 7:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am.
