High Risk Support Workers are integral members of our High-Risk Youth Support Homes. They participate in all aspects of program life and are responsible for the daily care, wellness, and supervision of our residents. Though this position works within one home, High-Risk Youth Support Workers are expected to support colleagues at adjacent programs, when necessary. This position requires morning, evening, overnight and weekend availability, plus statutory holidays. Shifts are generally 7:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am. Requirements

The position requires availability for morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, including statutory holidays. Candidates must be prepared for shifts of 8 hours or longer during periods of high activity.
