Role Description the Administrative Coordinator is a full-time job based in the offices of the fabrication and laboratory facility of www.silentec.com in Montreal, QC. Under moderate supervision, this position works closely with the fabrication-installation supervisor, project manager(s), and designers, you will be required to closely interact with customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and successful completion of each project, to foster a positive culture. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, including tracking project schedules/budgets, organizing shipping/receiving, purchasing, meetings, preparing/organizing documents/records including invoices, inspection, and test reports. The role includes assisting with customer service inquiries/quotation. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication, multitasking and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, email and calendar tools, basic spreadsheets and comfort working with digital systems. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong time management skills. Experience in an administrative or coordination role, in a technical, industrial environment , ideally in steel fabrication shops,or service-oriented . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in French and English; Spanish proficiency is an asset. Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
