POSITION: Logistics Coordinator REPORTS TO: Logistics Manager OPPORTUNITIES We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can support the day-to-day flow of goods, scheduling shipments, tracking orders, coordinating with carriers and warehouse teams, and resolving issues before they become delays. Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or changes to stakeholders Prepare and review shipping documentation Coordinate with internal stakeholders on load scheduling, dock appointments, etc. Support continuous improvement efforts within the Logistics team Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and claims with carriers and customers Other duties as assigned OTHER...
