(www.siriuspersonnel.com) Profile: Our client is a distributor of big industrial machines that help factories cut, shape, drill and assemble pieces of metal and aluminum much faster and more accurately. They sell machines to factories that make things out of aluminum, metal and other materials. The machines help those factories make more products, faster, with less manual work and greater accuracy. We are looking for a territory sales rep to cover the province of Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Please send your resume in English. Territory: province of Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia (65% Montreal area, 20% rest of Quebec & 15% N.B and N.S) Workplace: Home office (local to Montreal) Products/Services: Industrial machinery Salary: Base $70,000 Commissions/Bonus: $25,000 at 100% of plan + commissions accelerator for > 100% plan Car allowance: $800/month +gas Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed Other Benefits: No benefits at this time Functions: Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting and customer visits Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotes with support from the team Follow up on opportunities and move prospects through the sales process Keep up to date on competitors, market conditions and industry trends Attend trade shows and industry events in Canada and occasionally abroad Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM Work closely with the Sales Director and team to achieve sales goals Participate in regular team meetings Requirements: Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30% Road vs Office: 80% local road trips vs 20% Languages: French and English (written and spoken) Education: DEC or equivalent experience needed Training: On the job training needed Overnight Travel: Travel to N.B and N.S 2x per year Years of experience: At least 2 years B2B sales experience , preferably selling something technical Other requirements: Experience using a CRM Transferable contacts: N/A Transferable Knowledge: Comfortable learning technical products and understanding customer needs Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently

Requirements
