Position Overview As Transportation Manager of Sky Fusion, this role oversees Canada’s transportation, pricing and operational delivery. It devises and delivers country strategies aligned with global and regional targets, manages market expansion, risks, sales pipelines and cross-team cooperation to boost growth, and builds high-performance teams alongside organizational and talent optimization for sustainable operations. Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop and execute the country business opportunity in alignment with global objectives and regional priorities. Drive pipeline creation and conversion by setting measurable commercial targets, establishing develop plans for priority customers, and ensuring disciplined opportunity tracking and forecasting. Involve creating and implementing a national business development plan aligned with Sky Fusion’s global and regional Road strategies. Business Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new business, support account management, and expand existing client relationships. Business Development Process: Lead the business development process, including sales, tender analysis, solution design, costing, pricing, and service offerings. Localization: Evaluate opportunities to adapt global Road Logistics products and equipment to meet local market expectations while ensuring international compatibility. Projects Delivery Successfully Be responsible for ensuring that operations are of the highest quality and profitability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are deliverable, compliant, and competitive, and to support tendering, pricing, and contract negotiation as needed. Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and effective Road Logistics operations, including Pricing and Implementation, and continuously optimize them in line with regional and global guidelines. Ensure full compliance with Australian Transport Regulations while meeting all subcontractor and customer transport requirements. Build up and Manage the Team Build, develop, and lead a high-performing local team to support business development and operational execution. Define an effective organization structure, clarify roles and responsibilities, and implement a practical hiring and onboarding plan to match the growth stage. Strategic Development Translate strategy into a clear market entry and growth plan, including target customer segments, value proposition, go-to-market approach, and partnership strategy. Continuously monitor market and competitor dynamics, regulatory changes, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks early. Market Analysis Continuously monitor market and competitor dynamics, regulatory changes, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks early. Customer Relations Maintain strong personal relationships with key customers, seek out new major accounts, and oversee Field Sales activities. Carrier Relationships Establish and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure optimal financial results. Representation: Represent Sky fusion at public events, external and internal conferences, and be a key player in the company's strategic direction. Key Qualifications • More than 3 years of experience in expert background with end-to-end experience in North American overland transportation for heavy-lift wind power components and other oversized cargo. • Experience on Road Logistics solution design, pricing and implementation. • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving Road Logistics initiatives and team management. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. • Commercially minded with a customer-oriented approach. • Extensive knowledge of financial and international Road Logistics markets.
