Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance application reliability and user experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of complex Android applications within the Native Android skill cluster. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Kotlin best practices. Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure the scalability and maintainability of the application architecture. Drive the adoption of new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
