Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Slack Architect to design and deliver integrations between Slack, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and external platforms. Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience building and architecting Slack applications and integrations Strong expertise in API-driven integrations and distributed system design Experience integrating with Salesforce, including APIs, data models, and OAuth-based authentication Experience working within AWS environments Deep understanding of secure integration patterns and API security Ability to independently lead solution design and delivery Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Experience in financial services (banking, wealth, insurance) Familiarity with regulated environments and secure data handling practices Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) Technical Stack Guidance Programming language is flexible (Node.js, Python, or similar) Emphasis on architecture, integration design, and secure API-based solutions within AWS Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Integration (Rest, Soap, Streaming APIs, Event)

Requirements

Requires over 5 years of experience architecting Slack applications and strong expertise in Salesforce APIs and AWS. Preference is given to candidates with experience in Financial Services Cloud and enterprise integration tools like MuleSoft.
