Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, maintain planning models and Yardi ABF and Power BI reporting, and analyze financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Partner with business teams on accounting system enhancements, process improvement, data quality, and ad hoc financial or transactional projects.

Support the Director of Development across land development projects, coordinating consultants, planning and permitting applications, internal teams, joint venture partners, and external stakeholders. Track application and neighboring-property activity, support acquisition and sales due diligence, maintain project records, and prepare weekly status reports.

Oversee maintenance and repairs across the property, including work orders, unit turnovers, inspections, building systems, grounds, and common areas, while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety requirements. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, purchasing, and emergency response while delivering a high-quality resident experience.

Oversee daily operations, maintenance, contractor performance, resident relations, and service delivery at a 450-plus-unit rental community. Lead and support staff, contribute to budgeting and reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the landlord at tribunal hearings when required.

Manage retail construction projects, overseeing costs, schedules, quality, safety, and customer service while coordinating design, contracts, tenants, and project stakeholders. Monitor forecasts and payments, resolve disputes and deficiencies, and complete project closeout and administrative tasks.

Manage day-to-day collections for assigned tenants or portfolios, review tenant billings, prepare statements and collection correspondence, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve outstanding issues.
