The Role We’re looking to add a full-time Legal Assistant to our team who can help keep our legal operations running smoothly. You’ll be the person making sure documents are accurate and the schedules make sense. What You'll Do Manage and organize legal documents and files efficiently. Maintain and organize electronic client files. Draft and proofread legal documents, such as Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, Affidavits of Records, Applications, etc., with precision. Coordinate with clients, lawyers, and external parties through professional communication. Schedule court dates, mediations, and other meetings. Manage lawyers calendar and office appointments. Support the team with administrative duties including phone etiquette and clerical tasks. What You Bring Minimum 3 years experience as a legal assistant or paralegal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office. Excellent proofreading, writing, and legal drafting skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
