Role Description The Customer Service Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Burnaby, BC. In this role, the specialist responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear product information and order support. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records in company systems. The specialist works closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, recommend products, and support promotions that drive revenue and customer retention. The role also involves managing returns, handling complaints with professionalism, and ensuring a consistent, positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring interactions are courteous, helpful, and aligned with company standards. Excellent Phone Etiquette, including clear communication, active listening, and a calm, respectful manner in high-volume situations. Ability to work on-site in Burnaby, BC, and collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and warehouse teams. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in order processing and record-keeping. Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or order management systems. Previous experience in customer service, retail, wholesale, or sales support is an asset; knowledge of vaporizers, e-liquids, or cannabis accessories is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
