SMS Security is a mid-sized security & systems company seeking Security Guards to join our growing team. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a valid Security Guard License to join our growing team! As a Security Guard, you will be assigned shifts in condo buildings across the GTA. *Location: Across GTA* *What you?ll be doing* *Surveillance and Monitoring:* Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety of the property and personnel. Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and provide reassurance to staff and visitors. *Customer Service:* Maintain a high level of customer service while enforcing security protocols. Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors. *Incident Response:* Respond to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapments/medical emergencies). Investigate disturbances and ensure appropriate actions are taken. Prepare detailed incident reports and document findings. *Parcel Delivery Management:* Oversee and manage the receipt, logging, and distribution of parcels and deliveries. Verify and document the identity of delivery personnel and the contents of incoming parcels. Ensure secure storage and timely distribution of parcels to the appropriate recipients.
