The Job Opportunity The Smurfit Westrock Ajax facility is looking for a Press Take Off to work in our Print Cut department. This position is responsible for stacking finished cartons onto skids, perform quality checks, assist operators and printers with machine set up and housekeeping duties, communicate as a team to produce quality cartons. What You Need To Succeed Previous experience working in a manufacturing or printing environment considered an asset. Can do attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the Company Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, work independently and with a team Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift on a concrete floor and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to maintain good attendance. Shift Schedule Must be able to work all 12 hour rotating shifts: Days: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Nights: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Shifts rotate every two weeks and include weekends Shifts include continental pay premiums Why work for Smurfit Westrock?
