What You’ll Do Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment Champion excellent customer service Ensure shelf and merchandise are up to standards Adhering to company’s policies and procedures. About You Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset. Must hold a valid provincial certification (or be willing to obtain it before starting). Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift. Ability to climb, use, and work on stairs, operate machinery when needed. Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
