Ready to Make an impact? The Front End Lead Supervisor will ensure superior customer service experience by coaching and developing a friendly, well-trained staff. Actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Manage direct reports including: selection, orientation, training and development, performance management, succession planning and compensation • Provide customer service to meet customer needs • Responsible for scheduling of front end, and filling shifts • Supervise and give direction to all front end staff • Perform closing duties and cash up • Perform cash pick-ups • Perform till audits • Perform till overrides • Conduct item price checks • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards • Perform administrative duties as required What you have to offer: • Above average communication skills (both oral and written) • Basic math skills • Good work ethic and ability to multi task Education • High School Diploma • Minimum of 12 months experience IGA and its franchise partners offer teammates competitive compensation packages that will vary by role, location and store ownership.
