Job summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for picking orders, maintaining inventory, and loading or unloading trailers using powered material handling equipment. They must also ensure warehouse housekeeping and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Forklift Operator - Laval Key Accountabilities: Place various products into designated storage areas. Pick orders using the scanning system and stage loads. Maintain inventory. Load/unload trailers and containers as required. Operate Powered Material Handling Equipment– PMHE training required. Maintain housekeeping. Perform other warehouse related duties as assigned by the Distribution Supervisor and or their Designate. Requirements: Must be able to perform heavy lifting, up to/including 50 lbs. Attention to detail and willingness to learn and take ownership. Valid MHE license Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a rapidly changing environment. Display a positive and proactive attitude. Necessary skills for working in a team environment and strong Leadership Skills. Work in and promote a safe environment.
