*** English version will follow *** LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯 Diriger la planification et l’exécution des initiatives R&T Définir les objectifs de projet, l’étendue des travaux et les livrables pour la maturation technologique et/ou le développement d’avions Développer et maintenir des échéanciers détaillés et le chemin critique, des plans de gestion des risques et le suivi des coûts Assurer la réalisation et l’exécution de projets de complexité moyenne dans le respect du budget, justifier les écarts et piloter les actions de redressement Collaborer avec la communauté d’ingénierie, les équipes transverses ainsi que les parties prenantes externes Diriger les activités de gestion du changement Fournir une visibilité et des statuts claire à la direction sur l’état des projets, les risques et les décisions stratégiques Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de gestion de projet au sein de l’équipe projet R&T Professional, Senior, Engineering - Project Engineering - Research & Technology YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯 Lead the planning and execution of R&T initiatives Define project objectives, scope of work, and deliverables for technology maturation and/or aircraft development Develop and maintain detailed schedules and critical path, risk management plans, and cost tracking Own the completion/execution of medium complexity projects within budget, justify deviations, and lead recovery actions Collaborate within the Engineering community, cross functional teams as well as external stakeholders Lead change management activities Provide clear visibility and reporting to management on project status, risks, and strategic decisions Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within R&T VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎 Vous êtes détenteur d’un baccalauréat en ingénierie Vous avez de 8 à 10 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie aérospatiale; une expérience en gestion de projet à l’ingénierie est un atout Vous démontrez de solides compétences en gestion des échéanciers, en gestion des coûts/budgets et en définition de l’étendue des travaux et des changements Vous possédez une bonne compréhension des phases de maturation technologique et de conception conceptuelle Vous êtes à l’aise de travailler dans un environnement incertain avec un étendue des travaux en évolution Vous êtes autonome, orienté(e) vers les résultats et enthousiaste, avec une solide éthique de travail Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et savez adapter votre message à votre auditoire Vous favorisez un travail d’équipe harmonieux et cohésif Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion de projet (p. ex., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, TeamCenter) Le Groupe SOGECLAIR valorise la diversité et l’inclusion et considère ces éléments comme étant essentiels à sa performance.
