Lieu Blanc-Sablon – Médecine (Oncologie et maladies chroniques) Période d'affectation Dès que possible au 18 septembre 2026. Horaire Temps complet (37.5h/semaine) Quarts : Jour Orientation : 2 quarts Fin de semaine : Au besoin. Exigences Les connaissances de la chimiothérapie et des traitements en maladies chroniques. La ressource doit être bilingue. Le remboursement des frais de déplacement se fera une fois par période d'assignation. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas permis dans les hébergements. Principales responsabilités Accueillir et évaluer les usagers de la chimiothérapie et des traitements en maladies chroniques. Évaluer l'état de santé des patients et prodiguer les soins requis. Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge rapide et sécuritaire. Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme. Intéressé(e) ?
