Lieu: SAD/CLSC de Grand-Vallée Période d'affectation Du 30 Août au 18 Octobre 2026 Horaire Temps complet (35h/semaine). Quart: JOUR/SOIR Exigences Expérience d'au moins 1 an en soins à domicile Avoir un permis de conduire valide ET posséder une voiture (OBLIGATOIREMENT). Ce mandat contient des quarts de garde Membre en règle de l'OIIQ Principales responsabilités Prodiguer des soins et traitements infirmiers à la clientèle à domicile. Évaluer l’état de santé de l’usager et réaliser un plan de soins. Effectuer de l'enseignement auprès de l'usager et ses proches. Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in home care and be a member in good standing of the OIIQ. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are mandatory for this position.
