Détails du mandat : · Lieu : Mont-Louis, Gaspésie · Période : du 5 octobre au 31 décembre 2026 · Horaire : Jour · Temps complet : 35 h/semaine Exigences : · Être membre de son ordre professionnel · Minimum 2 ans d’expérience comme travailleur(euse) social(e) · Détenir un baccalauréat en travail social · Permis de conduire valide · Formation OCCI · Formation permettant de réaliser une évaluation psychosociale dans un contexte de régime de protection · Voiture requise Principales tâches : · Évaluation des besoins à domicile et mise en place de services pour assurer le maintien à domicile · Soutien psychosocial · Soutien psychosocial aux proches aidants À noter : La ressource doit être disponible pour la durée complète du mandat. Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, be a member of their professional order, and have at least two years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and specific training in psychosocial assessment and OCCI are required.
