Scope of the PositionThe Warehouse Driver supports both warehouse operations and delivery functions, shifting between tasks based on daily business needs. This hybrid role involves accurate order handling, safe material movement, and reliable driving for pickups and deliveries. Flexibility, physical capability, and strong attention to detail are essential to performing effectively in a fast‑paced environment. The balance between warehouse tasks and driving varies based on operational needs, with no fixed percentage assigned. Major Responsibilities Perform warehouse duties and driving tasks depending on operational demand. Pick, pack, wrap, and label products with accuracy and efficiency. Load and unload shipments while safely handling materials up to 50 lbs. Count, verify, and return inventory to stock with precision. Cut, pack, wrap, and label wire and other materials as required. Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods meet company standards. Build, wrap, and label skids for shipment. Complete deliveries and pickups while following all transportation and safety guidelines. Secure products properly for transport and ensure safe load distribution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed. Skills and Qualifications Minimum one year of warehouse or material‑handling experience. Valid G Licence with a clean Driver’s Abstract Ability to drive 3 Ton (16ft) and 5 Ton (20FT) Box trucks with power lift gate Ability to perform delivery and pickup duties as required. Strong basic math and reasoning skills. Willingness to complete forklift and reach‑truck training. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Accurate counting, labeling, and documentation. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
