Role: Business Analyst - Cyber Security Client : Utilities Location: Calgary, AB - 100% Onsite: 8am-5pm MST Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable Hourly Rate: $50/hr Incorp Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, support solution delivery, and drive successful business outcomes. Top 3 Must-Have Skills Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories. Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
