Position Title: Certified D365 & Power Platform Solution Architect Location: Toronto, Ontario Mandatory Conditions All resources must pass Contractor Security Screening. Work is primarily remote, with occasional on-site attendance when required. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solutions Architect to support a large-scale public sector technology engagement. About the Role The successful candidate will provide solution architecture and technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities Lead the architecture and solution design of enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solution designs. Define solution architecture, application components, integrations, data flows, security models, and technical standards. Provide architectural guidance throughout the full solution development lifecycle. Design solutions leveraging appropriate Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft technologies as required. Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, integration, and extensibility. Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and availability. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, data specialists, security teams, project managers, and other stakeholders. Review technical designs and provide direction to development and implementation teams. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Support integration between Dynamics 365/Power Platform and other enterprise applications and data sources. Ensure solutions align with established architecture, security, data governance, and technology standards. Produce and maintain solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, and design artifacts. Provide technical leadership during development, testing, deployment, and production implementation. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse. Experience with application architecture, integrations, APIs, data architecture, and security design. Experience translating complex business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs. Strong understanding of enterprise application development and solution lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solutions Architect certification. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Must be located in Ontario. All resources must pass Contractor Security Screening. Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise applications and data governance. Familiarity with security models and compliance standards. Requirements

Requires 5+ years of experience in solution architecture with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Candidates must hold a relevant certification, be located in Ontario, and pass a contractor security screening.
