Join a flexible, remote opportunity where you'll review AI-generated voice, image, video, and multimedia outputs, providing detailed feedback that helps enhance accuracy, realism, and overall user experience. What You'll Do Engage in scenario-based conversations with AI voice systems and evaluate responses for clarity, naturalness, relevance, and usability. Review and compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which output best follows a given prompt. Identify visual and audio quality issues, including inconsistencies, distortions, unnatural motion, synchronization problems, and other content defects. Assess outputs against predefined quality criteria and provide clear, evidence-based written feedback. Contribute to the improvement of AI models by documenting observations and recommendations. Perform detailed quality evaluations across multiple content formats while maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency. Independently manage assigned tasks and deliver thorough evaluations within project guidelines. Key Responsibilities AI Voice Evaluation Participate in conversational interactions with AI systems. Assess responses for fluency, coherence, usefulness, and conversational quality. Provide structured ratings and written justifications for evaluation decisions. Image & Video Assessment Compare multiple AI-generated outputs against prompts and quality standards. Evaluate adherence to instructions, realism, composition, visual quality, and content accuracy. Detect artifacts, inconsistencies, or generation errors through detailed inspection. Content Annotation & Feedback Review multimedia content carefully using observation and analytical skills. Write concise, objective explanations supporting evaluation decisions. Label, classify, and document content according to established guidelines. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in content quality. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. Comfort evaluating visual, audio, and multimedia content. Ability to provide objective, evidence-based feedback and recommendations. Strong written communication skills with experience explaining observations clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment. Confidence making decisions when multiple options have strengths and weaknesses. Preferred Qualifications Experience in quality assurance, content review, annotation, moderation, research, or evaluation-related roles. Familiarity with AI-generated content, machine learning applications, or digital media assessment. Experience writing reviews, assessments, reports, or analytical feedback. Bachelor's degree or higher, or currently pursuing relevant studies. Interest in emerging AI technologies and human-in-the-loop evaluation processes.
